Content Strategy, Social Media Management & Design and Creative Corporate Communications For The Beauty Industry Distribution Company Discovered Brands

In September 2025 Projected was hired by the beauty distribution company Discovered Brands to completely change and reset their social media presence, particularly focusing on LinkedIn as a key channel for employee advocacy, B2B communications and lead targeting. Following a successful LinkedIn relaunch and excellent engagement results, our partnership with Discovered Brands quickly expanded to include Instagram as a second social media platform, as well as further LinkedIn management and support, particularly Founder profiling on the platform. In just four months of working together, we've achieved substantial growth both on LinkedIn and Instagram, fostered a loyal community, created high-quality, design-led social media design assets and templates focused on brand consistency, established a tone of voice and cemented Discovered Brands' position and authority as a leader in the beauty distribution industry in the UK and Europe.

Social Media Management, Content Creation And LinkedIn Employer Branding For L'OCCITANE GROUP

Having worked with L'OCCITANE GROUP on numerous creative projects during the last couple of years, the Projected team was also hired to fully manage the Group's social media presence, predominantly focusing on LinkedIn as the main channel. We created content and audience growth strategies tailored specifically to L'OCCITANE GROUP and their main goals and values, as well as defined tone of voice & visual style. Our team worked across a global group of 9 beauty and skincare brands, such as L'OCCITANE En Provence, Elemis, Sol de Janeiro and Erborian, liaising with key contacts across the Group to source visual content, team interviews and insights and relevant stories. One of our proudest achievements for L'OCCITANE GROUP's social media and content growth was the design and management of key company campaigns, ranging from their B Crop Certificate launch to their recently announced 50 year anniversary. With our help, the Group's LinkedIn page grew significantly to 650,000+ followers, with 100,000 followers gained just in 2025.

Vaseline

Product Launch Campaign Ideation, Social Media Strategy & Content Creation For Vaseline's Satin Lip Balm

CSM commissioned Projected to conceptualise and produce a video content + photography campaign for the release of Vaseline's first-ever satin lip balm. CSM's strategy centred around friendship and trust and our team was asked to create a scenario that combined and explored these narrative threads. Partnering with Love Island winner Dani Dyer, we devised a scenario whereby the mirrors were ceremoniously removed from the studio during filming and photography. With the mirrors gone, Dani and her friends were at first shocked, then delighted as they realised they could rely on each other for hair and makeup advice and trust each other to pick the right outfit and glam for the shoot. As the chosen channel for the Vaseline satin lip balm product launch was Snapchat, Projected worked closely with Snapchat's in-house team to craft messaging across all assets, delivering maximum impact on the platform throughout the campaign.
