This ongoing, large-scale global collaboration documents the organisation from the ground up, telling the Group's story through its employees, practices, and purpose. We provide end-to-end creative, production, and communications support across five countries and three continents, effectively working as an extension of the Group's internal communications team.

A standout moment of the partnership was the production of the Group's B Corp certification campaign. Working closely with the Global Communications team in the lead-up to certification, we developed a creative campaign that highlighted the employees whose dedication made achieving B Corp status possible.
The films not only celebrated this milestone but also functioned as a powerful internal communications tool, educating and inspiring teams worldwide about the ongoing commitment required to maintain B Corp certification.
Another highlight of the collaboration is the production of the Group's annual festive end-of-year film. Created to accompany the Group's festive gift box and shared with employees globally, this film plays a key role in uniting teams across regions.
