The Projected team partnered with American Express to produce a series of cinematic short films celebrating the extraordinary world of noma, the gastronomic home of chef René Redzepi.
At the time, noma was widely recognised as the world's best restaurant and a flagship partner within the American Express Centurion Experience Programme, offering exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime access to cardholders around the world. The brief was to create content that felt as exceptional and immersive as the experience itself.
Delivered over a three-year period, the long-running campaign saw Projected producing films across Copenhagen, Tokyo, Sydney, Barcelona and Mexico, deploying senior creative talent and agile production crews across multiple continents.

Rather than producing traditional brand-led content, the creative approach centred on experiential storytelling, interweaving the intricate craftsmanship of noma's chefs and creators with the landscapes, cultures, and rhythms of the locations that inspired them.
By combining the passion points of food, travel and adventure, the films offered viewers an intimate, cinematic window into a world normally reserved for a select few. The result was a timeless, culturally rich series that felt authentic, emotionally resonant and globally relevant.
Despite the campaign's scale, Projected delivered the work with tight production control, cost efficiency and direct senior involvement throughout. The final series of films was rolled out across nine international territories, enabling American Express to bridge borders and deliver premium experiential content to a global audience of Centurion cardholders.
